Dr. Vinson Finishes 2013 Lake Placid Ironman
We are excited to share with everyone that Dr. Vinson finished the Lake Placid Ironman Race this past Sunday July 28th! The ironman race consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile marathon run! His finish time was 12:59 on a very hilly bike and run course in Lake Placid in the Adirondack Mountains of New York.
